How can we establish a point of meeting or a place I live right outside Corpus Christi, TX but we can meet at a closer city like San Antonio or Austin.

Here is some feedback for you. First of all good stuff! Thanks so much for doing this. I wish I could take credit, but can’t. this is awesome and will be well liked by others once it is up and running. The feedback below is off the cuff and I’ve had a long day, so grammar/spelling/extra thinking didn’t go into it! J Let me know what you think and when/if you modify, feel free to shoot my way for another peer review. Once again, Thanks!!!

Regarding item #2 in your email, have you thought about bringing this before the lawmakers somehow? I personally don’t have an avenue, but definitely think it is worth pursuing. In my area alone there are tons of “carrying without a license”, etc.

I think the certificates are a good thing. I also think we should standardize them and offer them to all of the TACCI members in a word/etc format at no charge. If we offer in PDF not many would be able to modify for a name, etc. So word (.doc) is probably the best.

Antonio, I sure appreciate the update. I was not able to attend due to family commitments but was very interested in the outcome of the meeting. Again, your efforts to keep us informed is greatly appreciated. I would be very interested in the NRA certification. I am hoping you are inferring about a pistol instructor course. Certification in this area would certainly boost any CHL instructor's credibility and potential for earning additional income.

Not sure what the florida license thing is all about but I will research it online. Give my thanks to Ron and his son for their support in making the meeting a success.

Antonio, I appreciate your keeeping me informed. I cannot make the meeting because I will be out of town.. I sent in 45 dollars for charter membership on 3 August and I have not heard anything. Could you please check on this for me. We do need some liason between instructors and the state because the department does not communicate with us at all about changes. I have to learn about changes from my students.
